Rocks Group Announces Over 50 Job Openings

Rocks Group, the award-winning hospitality company behind some of Antigua’s most beloved dining destinations, has announced more than 50 job openings across its restaurants and exciting new ventures.

The company is preparing for a landmark season, marked by Sheer Rocks’ relaunch ahead of its 15th anniversary and the much-anticipated opening of Fat Urchin in Jolly Harbour, a new concept restaurant that will generate more than 35 positions alone, along with Roca, an upcoming innovative food and wine shop.

“Our growth reflects the thriving energy of Antigua’s hospitality industry, and we’re proud to be part of building career opportunities for Antiguans and Barbudans,” said CEO Alex Grimley. “We’ve always believed that our success is built on the strength of our team, and this season we’re looking forward to welcoming new members into the Rocks Group family as we expand.”

The Group’s flagship venues continue to operate successfully. Rokuni, known for its vibrant Asian-inspired dining and stunning views, has remained open all summer long, providing year-round employment and a popular gathering space. Catherine’s Café, the French-inspired bayside destination, continues to be a cornerstone of Antigua’s dining scene. Sheer Rocks, consistently named the Caribbean’s Best Restaurant, has a big season ahead of it, relaunching with a refreshed space and concept as it enters its fifteenth year as one of the region’s most celebrated restaurants.

With a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for Antiguan and Barbudan talent, Rocks Group continues to champion local employment, training, and professional growth.

From culinary and service roles to management and support positions, team members are offered the tools to develop their careers, rise through the ranks, and thrive in an environment known for its excellence, innovation, and culture of care.

Applications are now open for seasonal and year-round positions across all Rocks Group properties and upcoming ventures. For job opportunities and to apply, applicants can email [email protected].

    • That’s because the job opportunities always list experience as a prerequisite.
Seems like employers have forgotten that you must be a beginner before you become a master.
