The case against 31-year-old Rootical Justice Lee of Golden Grove has been adjourned until December 8 following his appearance before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel.
Lee faces charges of Breaking and Larceny as well as Receiving after police arrested him in connection with an alleged break-in at a Jonas Road residence.
The police have accused Lee of unlawfully entering a house sometime between September 5 and 13, where he allegedly stole several personal items valued at more than $11,000 EC.
In addition to the charge of Breaking and Larceny, Lee was further charged with Receiving.
Lee was granted bail and given the date in December to return to court.

Innocent until proven guilty, but if he really did it, that’s somebody’s hard-earned property gone.
If guilty, he needs to face the full penalty. People must understand breaking into homes is not an easy crime.
He obviously went prepared! How do you sneak out with over $11,000 worth of loot? What a thing!
Justice delayed but not denied. Hopefully, the court process is fair and transparent for all involved.
It will be adjourned until it is thrown out. Enough Voodoo working on them cases
Bail????? Humppp hope he shows up for his trial
An early start to what will never be justice
