Rootical Justice Lee to Appear in Court on Breaking and Larceny Charges

31-year-old Rootical Justice Lee of Golden Grove has been arrested for the offence of Breaking and Larceny.

According to a press statement issued by the police moments ago, Lee is accused of unlawfully entering the dwelling home of a man on Jonas Road sometime between 5th and 13th September, where he allegedly stole several personal items valued at more than $11,000 E.C.C.

Police say, in addition to the charge of Breaking and Larceny, Lee was further charged with Receiving.

“He is expected to appear before the Court to answer to the charges. The Police Administration continues to remind members of the public to secure their homes and properties at all times and to promptly report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station or by dialing 911,” the statement said.
