  1. I’ve been saying this the moment it went viral that she has a representative and to which she is entitled to. However, antiguans are so quick to think out their asses and run their mouths. Justice will prevail, let the man do his job. I’m not worried about her lawyer I’m worried about the sloppy work of the police officers who might judge let this girl walk free.

  4. It’s the sloppyness of the police we are worried about ❗ how expressing how u feel can jeopardize the case when ppl are just simply expressing hurt not spreading rumors of what happened

  7. We all already know she is walking free so what’s all the bs for? The case is already in shambles because certain high figures in higher places do have plenty to lose if she is found guilty. Save us all the crap and let her go. Karma will be the b**c* here!!!

  8. Wait….Just wait a minutes…………Jah know Star!!! so after a child is brutally killed, the accused could walk free just because people are outraged? That’s insane

    • That lawyer should be ashamed to represent Angela, humans do anything for money. She will never walk free

      • Harold, you sound like Lovell. Cause I mean, why are you saying such a thing. She has the right to an attorney. Without the attorney the case could be overthrown and Angela could walk free.

      • One word comes to mind retribution!!!!!

  9. So painful. Chantel will never come home again, and yet we’re hearing that the accused could go free because of technicalities

  13. That was the plan all along. Even Ray Charles could have seen this. Police failure to arrest and charge Sinbad the Sailorman because of his alleged familial connections to key UPP disciples, the “surprise ” selection of that attorney- the one that WADES and wobbles like a duck, and the reinforcement/ recruitment/importation of some fifty “beefy-looking” characters from Sanuo Domingo ostensibly to strengthen the workforce in the construction field??? This does NOT pass the smell test!!!

      • They know exactly what they are doing. And they are taking it in stride. They are just releasing it in small portion to the public. This is a plan strategy……. but God is gonna overturn and expose those in hiding its just a matter of time

  14. If the trial can be thrown off by public outcry, then maybe the system itself needs urgent review. How can justice truly prevail under such pressure?

  16. She doesn’t deserve a thing in my opinion!!!! They know what their doing in shielding Angela, first protecting her in court, placing her away from everyone now this? The police force and the government are failing their citizens each day! She was just 9-year old not even starting her little life yet before it was horrifically taken from her by the hands of a wicked human(s).
Although she deserves a fair trial… Chantel deserves justice!!
God is in the midst of everything.

  18. You think? Walk free? What they going to get jury from Africa that don’t even know Antigua exists and have no knowledge of the case?
Wendel you not God and if she is acquitted that may very well be putting her directly in the path of vigilante justice. God not sleeping

  20. No, no, no. Honestly I don’t even want to consider this possibility. Nothing and no one should prevent this case from heading to trial and for justice to be served.

  22. Well, they should free her so Antigua can do an excellent job cleaning the garbage off the island. The garbage can be burned at any time when you clean the yard. I don’t know yet why the dams haven’t done their job. She should have been dead by now.

  23. This is shocking. So Wendel Alexandr…For police commissioner…The lawyer everybody run to is basically saying our cries for justice could turn into a get-out-of-jail card? Unbelievable.

  24. As the lawyer is saying, we need to let the case take its course. I can only swear and the cries of the public but each case has to be tried on its own merit. If it is not done properly then the very justice that we are looking for could well disappear.

  25. As the lawyer is explaining, if the proper legal procedures are not followed. then it will make us look like fools. Are we a civilized society or we want to behave like barbarians? Let’s do it the right way where we listen to the story that the young lady has to give. Let her be examined in a legal way so that justice can prevail. I rest my case.

  26. All we the public wants is justice for Chantel! Can you imagine what it’s like for her family knowing their princess will never walk through that door again? How you take this child from her house and take her this far? She was almost home

  27. Everyone is entitled to representation in Antigua and her Attorney is right. If he feels she cannot get a fair trial he can ask the judge to dismiss her case.

People have to be careful and start trying the case in the public domain a crafty attorney will get her off. The accused certainly has picked the right Attorney because he will fight for her and represent her well.

  28. Justice protects the defendant from the vengeance of the people and imposes a fair sentence, taking into account all aggravating and mitigating factors. The public prosecutor will highlight the seriousness of the defendant’s behavior, while the defense will plead for leniency. The people are represented by the public prosecutor. It is right that the defendant should also have his own representative. Otherwise, the trial would not be fair.

  32. Nonsense you just want to put
Your hands over our mouth if she walk free she has a dam good lawyer and the prosecutor needs to go back to law school, this statement cries injustice bring the others if we put pressure on her she will break down and talk, and that scares all you but GOD HE SLOW BUT SURE IS BECAUSE WE CAN’T WAIT ON HIM. Justice will be served.
