Autopsy Conducted on Tourist Found Dead in Marmora

Authorities have confirmed that an autopsy has been completed on the body of a tourist who was discovered dead in the Marmora area earlier this month.

The post-mortem was carried out at the Holberton Hospital Morgue after receiving authorization from the Coroner. The examination began late Monday morning and was performed by a pathologist assigned to the case.

Although a relative had been scheduled to formally identify the body, that person was not present at the time of the procedure. Despite this, officials proceeded with the examination.
