Juvenile Faces Charges in Wounding Incident

According to reports, the police have nabbed and charged a 12-year-old in connection with the stabbing of a 15-year-old.

The drama unfolded at around 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, on Tanner Street, where the victim was attacked with a sharp object.

The injured teen is currently recovering in the Intensive Care Unit. Meanwhile, the young suspect faces charges of Unlawful Wounding, with the case now in the hands of the Child Justice Board.

  4. This is heartbreaking. Our children are supposed to be in school learning, not ending up in ICU or before the courts. We need more guidance counsellors and programmes to teach them how to resolve conflicts without violence….
