Michael Alexander Garcia
A tragic accident has claimed the life of 23-year-old Michael Alexander Garcia, a Dominican Republic national and father of a three-year-old child.
According to reports, Garcia was working on a farm in Diamond Estate, located along Dam Road, when the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. He was reportedly on the roof of a building when he fell through, sustaining severe head injuries.
Emergency Medical Services responded promptly and found Garcia lying in a pool of blood. Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians Marina Walker and Mekile Tonkinson are being praised for their heroic efforts in attempting to resuscitate him on the scene. Despite their intervention and continued efforts by doctors at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, Garcia was later pronounced dead.
The tragedy has sent shockwaves through Antigua’s Hispanic community, many of whom gathered at the hospital in grief and disbelief on Saturday evening.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
So now, whenever the EMS go on a scene, their names are gonna mention? So will the doctors and nurses names be mention also for their continuous support and efforts to save and sustain life?

No man knows the hour. He probably went to work as usual and didnt come back. Why does the young die? He also has a baby. Was his life better in the spiritual realm than on earth?
