
Police responded to reports of a suspected break-in at Baptist Academy School late Wednesday night.
According to reports, the Police Headquarters was called in by the school’s Superintendent, who said there was a break-in and that he had noticed suspicious activity on the school compound.
Officers from the Special Services Unit (SSU) and other responding units, and several constables, quickly proceeded to the scene.
Upon arrival, the officers conducted an extensive search of the premises but found no suspicious persons.
Investigators also reported that no signs of forced entry were observed.
Police say inquiries into the matter are continuing to determine the source of the report and ensure the security of the school premises.
