According to climatologist Dale C. S. Destin, the 24 hours ending 8:00 a.m. on February 11, 2026 has become the wettest February 10/11 on record at V.C. Bird International Airport.

A total of 34.4 millimetres (1.35 inches) of rainfall was recorded, surpassing the previous record of 22.2 millimetres set in 1981. Rainfall data at the airport dates back to 1962.

According to climatologist Dale C. S. Destin, the 24 hours ending 8:00 a.m. on February 11, 2026 has become the wettest February 10/11 on record at V.C. Bird International Airport.
