Raiine and Blaze
The village of Urlings came alive yesterday as dozens of artistes took to the stage for CountryFest competing fiercely across two categories for top honours and cash prizes.
In the Groovy category, emerging artist Raiine claimed the top prize of $1,500, outshining a talented field of competitors. Dan Fergus delivered a strong performance to secure the 1st Runner Up position, taking home $1,000, while Peetron rounded out the podium, earning the $500 prize as 2nd Runner Up.
The Jumpy category proved equally thrilling, with Blaze putting on a standout showing to win the $1,500 top prize. Dior followed closely in the 1st Runner Up spot, pocketing $1,000, and Dah Wizz rounded out the top three, claiming $500 as 2nd Runner Up.
The victories mark a changing of the guard from CountryFest 2024, where Bless Eye had claimed the Groovy crown and Zion had taken the Jumpy title.
In a statement, MnM Music Group extended gratitude to all participating artistes, describing the event as a celebration of “music, creativity, and community.”
“We are proud of every one of you and look forward to seeing what you accomplish next,” the group said.

Well Raiine finally win something
