The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has identified the man found dead earlier this morning in the Gray’s Farm community as Ashworth O’Brian.

The police said this incident was the country’s fourth homicide of the year, with investigations still ongoing into the details.

Commissioner of Police Everton Jeffers, Deputy Commissioners of Police Albert Wade and Louisa Benjamin Quashie and Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit, Lisborn Michael briefed the media on this development and other issues this morning.

Michael told reporters that multiple persons of interest are being interviewed in connection with the killing.

He added that authorities are committed to solving this case alongside the three other unsolved homicides recorded so far this year.
