Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emmanuel has found that the list of exhibits submitted by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Chantel Crump murder trial was incomplete.

As a result, prosecutors requested another adjournment to correct and complete the filing.

The Chief Magistrate has now given the prosecution until March 23, 2026, to submit its full documentation to the court.

The latest delay means proceedings in the high-profile matter will remain on hold until the outstanding submission is properly filed.
