The swearing-in ceremony comes on the heels of a decisive win at the polls, which returned the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) to power with a strong mandate from voters.

Other members of the Cabinet are expected to be sworn in later this week, as the administration moves to quickly re-establish its full governing team.
