29-year-old Leyandrew Hubbard was fatally shot during a drive-by shooting on Sunday

Police Commissioner Everton Jeffers is appealing to members of the public to come forward with information that could help investigators solve Sunday’s fatal shooting in Potters.

On Sunday morning 29-year-old Leyandrew Hubbard was fatally shot during a drive-by shooting. The incident also left an 18-year-old man in critical condition.

Speaking Thursday, Jeffers said investigators continue to pursue multiple leads but believe witnesses may hold crucial information.

“We believe that there are individuals who may have seen, heard, or know something that could provide critical investigative information,” he said.

He urged anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to contact investigators.

“Your assistance could make a difference in bringing those responsible to justice,” Jeffers said.
