NOTICE TO STAKEHOLDERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF ASPHALT PAVING ON ANCHORAGE ROAD (AR) BETWEEN BRYDENS AND PERCIVAL’S SERVICE STATION, WHICH WILL CAUSE SOME DELAYS AND INCONVENIENCE, ON THURSDAY 20TH AND FRIDAY 21ST FEBRUARY 2025.
Flag persons will be employed, and the general public is encouraged to follow all instructions to ensure a cautious and safe passageway, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the partial road closure.
ALL BUSINESSES WILL REMAIN OPEN.
C O Williams sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused. The road work is being carried out under the Government of Antigua and Barbuda’s Second Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project.
Stakeholders are asked to make adjustments to their travel plans to allow for delays.

Why is this man still constructing roads here? Isn’t it obvious by now that his work is substandard? What am I missing? Is someone getting kickbacks??🤷
Where are the road drains or culverts to divert the rain water from deteriorates the road foundation?? If the roads are being rehabilitated in Antigua and Barbuda, then let not waste taxpayers dollars and construct the roads properly. What are the road engineers in Public Works doing about the poor construction of our roadways? Is Antigua engineers still operating like in the eighties and nineties when it comes to constructing better and lasting roadways?
How long will this asphalt last??
