Police confirm the identity of the body at Runaway Beach to be 15-year-old Achazia James of Upper Fort Road.
Jame’s body was found by two beachgoers earlier today with what appears to be multiple chop wounds. She was reportedly last seen alive sometime after 3am Sunday, August 18.
She was pronounced dead at 8:53 am.
Meanwhile, the administration of the police force is troubled by this cruel and senseless killing, and is calling upon the public to come forward and assist the police in their investigation.

Young people do sneak out of the house while parents are sleeping, so unless we know the parent was willfully neglectful then we cannot put the blame on them.
