The Treasury Department is diligently working to resolve the backlog of gratuities owed to retired public servants.
However, they are encountering difficulties in reaching out to some individuals who retired in 2018 and 2019.
If you retired in 2018 or 2019 and have yet to receive your gratuity payment, contact the Treasury Department to facilitate the release of your owed amount.
To address this issue effectively, the Treasury is employing a systematic strategy to ensure that all outstanding payments are disbursed as soon as resources permit.
This organized effort underscores their commitment to honoring the contributions of retired public servants and resolving any payment delays.
