A 23-year-old is expected to go before the court on Thursday after he was charged with dangerous driving on Monday

The Blue Honda Fit was seen in a widely circulated video, slamming into a vehicle at the Corner of Market and St Mary’s Street in the early hours of Monday morning.

The driver who has not been named was arrested and charged with dangerous driving after he failed to stop at the junction, smashing into the other vehicle.

Police say the vehicle was not insured
