Police and Immigration officials in Antigua and Barbuda say Dominican businessman Dowlin Alexander will leave the island on a 4:45 flight back to his home country
Dowlin, from Grand Bay, was detained at the V.C Bird International Airport last week Thursday by authorities in Antigua and Barbuda
According to reports he is wanted by Interpol to answer charges of illegal activities
Dowlin was detained by the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda on an Interpol Notice from French authorities for alleged illicit activities.
Dowlin is returning to Dominica voluntarily and would have faced deportation from Antigua if he did not.
It is now left to the Dominican authorities to determine how to proceed with this matter.

Why our police and Immigration didn’t let him go to Dominica and let the authorities there in his country hold him at their airport? All Antigua authorities had to do is notify Dominica authorities that he is on the flight.
He left Dominica to come to Antigua so how Dominica didn’t know he was wanted. This don’t add up at all
