Antigua and Barbuda is currently under a Flash Flood Warning. Meteorologist Dale Destin said it could be lifted at noon.
However, at 8 a.m. the tropical storm warning for Antigua has been lifted.
Despite this, the warning for Barbuda remains in effect. Residents must exercise significant caution, as storm-force gusts and more flooding rainfall are still possible. The seas remain dangerous, and mariners should stay in safe anchorage.
