On January 21st, two Jamaican females managed to escape from the Immigration Department’s detention facility at Coolidge.
According to sources, one of the detainees was a student, and the other one was a hairdresser.
It is being reported that they broke the glass of a bathroom window and fled the premises while the four officers on duty were allegedly distracted by a TV program.
Despite the officers’ search efforts, the escapees were not found by Sunday night.
