The Finance Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Browne, criticized the management of the Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank (ECAB) regarding their treatment of customers.

Browne warned that if ECAB continues to treat its customers poorly, it will take action against them.

He also stated that the bank should not solely take credit for its success, as the ABLP government played a role in it.

Browne’s remarks suggest that he is closely monitoring the bank’s performance and expects them to maintain high standards of customer service.
