His Excellency Mr. Dennis Francis, President of the United Nations General Assembly (PGA), has arrived in Antigua and Barbuda to take part in the Fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4).

During his visit, Mr. Francis will meet with the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Browne.
