BREAKING: Father and son now dead following Shanty Town Shooting

Sir Lester Bird Medical Center

Malachi Martin, who was one of the victims of the August 6 shooting at Shanty Town, has passed away.

His father, Kergus Martin, aged 43, also lost his life on the night of the terrible incident.

Martin fought bravely but tragically succumbed early this morning at the age of 18.

He had been on a ventilator and in critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit of the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center after being shot multiple times.

Recent reports indicate that his condition has been worsening.

On a somewhat brighter note, the third victim, Wayne Knowles, aged 29 and from Gambles, has been moved from the ICU to the surgical ward. The forth victim has been discharged.

    • sir, it really doesn’t matter what trouble he likes or whatever the case is. Violence is never the answer and never should be the answer. Much less taking a young life like this and also his father. Imagine the pain and shock the family is in. Now picture you and your family in this position. But you can only picture it if you have a heart and based on your comment you don’t have one. May God have mercy and grace on people like you. I hope he change everything about you!!
