Young woman cries blood after beating from religous leader

A young woman in her early twenties has filed a complaint with the local police station in Antigua and Barbuda after being subjected to a severe beating by the assistant pastor of an evangelical church here.
The assault was so brutal that it resulted in the woman being placed on a two-month medical leave. Her eye had to be stitched.
The name of the church involved has been kept confidential and specific details about the incident were intentionally omitted by our newsroom.
“I cried blood. Literally,” she tells Antigua.news.
The victim reported that she was repeatedly struck in the face following an altercation with the assistant pastor, who is known to have a history of violent behavior.
She expressed a hope that he would never be allowed to preach from the pulpit again.
The authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
The woman suffered visible bruises as a result of the assault, and she is seeking justice for the harm she endured.

This is what defaces the name “religion”. When someone who stands up on the pulpit and not only once or twice, speak about violence but then you can hear them doing what they preach about!! And again maybe not only once or twice but it’s to an extent where the victim has no choice but speaking out!

The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy and Pastors as leaders are attacked. That’s why they need to be prayed up and fortified to fight back. Nobody knows what his background was before Christ cleaned him up, and we don’t know what prompted this vicious attack.
What we do know, is that a stint in jail is the solution here, because no one is above the law, and whilst he can repent of his actions, and God will forgive him if he is sincere,, he must face the consequences of the crime as his victim deserves justice.
