Magistrate Rules Against Karim Edwards’ Challenge to Avoid Trial for Allegedly Causing Medical Student’s Death

Karim Edwards’ attempt to avoid trial for the alleged fatal collision with medical student Kenneth Mathew on Friars Hill Road in 2022 has been rejected by a magistrate.

The collision resulted in the death of Mathew and left another student injured.

Edwards’ case is scheduled to be transferred to the High Court on October 23, marking the two-year anniversary of the tragic incident.

    How would he feel if it was his child or brother or even nephew. I’m sure he would reach to the ends of this world to ensure they get the charges that should apply. But now look at this. I hope he reach to court n gets the HARDEST charge ever
