They are working with the UN Resident Coordinator Office and UN agencies in Antigua and Barbuda.

A Flag Raising ceremony will take place on UN Day, Thursday, October 24, at 8:45 a.m. on the grounds of the Prime Minister’s Office. This event symbolizes hope and commitment to working together.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, E.P. Chet Greene, and UN Resident Coordinator, Simon Springett, will share video messages during the ceremony, which will include a variety of participants.

Throughout UN week, several public events will raise awareness and promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These include a Community Cleanup Exercise on Friday, October 25, starting at 6:30 a.m.
