Majority of the young drivers in Antigua and Barbuda do not read nor listen the news. This type of notice needs to reach them by sending it to their phones as a text or voice message. The government needs to advance its technology to reach the younger demographic with important notices like this. I know it is costly for this type of advertising; however, put it in the next national financial budget. Our country should be at the other level as the ABLP campaign during the election.
