Gareth Walker has entered a plea of ‘not guilty’ to charges related to firearm possession. He appeared in the magistrate’s court on Tuesday after voluntarily turning himself in to the police earlier this month, following a ‘Wanted Bulletin’ that was issued for him.
After his plea, the magistrate ordered that Walker be remanded at HM Prison until his trial, which is scheduled for September 16. The prosecution plans to call five witnesses when the case resumes in four months.
According to the police, Walker was intercepted on March 20, 2025, on Friar’s Hill road, where authorities found him in possession of a firearm and five rounds of .45 mm ammunition without a valid firearms license.
Additionally, Walker has the option to apply for bail through the High Court if he chooses to do so.
So if you caught him with these items in his possession why didn’t you charge him then
So you mean to tell me they cannot find a better picture than that for the man. You can barely recognize him. Even my mum passport from 1959 look better
To plead not guilty and have to wait til September is really unfortunate. Sigh
