
The WOW Factor Awards 2025, powered by iRise Management, has announced 34 finalists across 12 categories.
The second edition of the customer service awards has more than doubled in scope, growing from four categories in 2024 to encompass Sports & Education, Entrepreneurship, Financial Services, Health & Wellness, Hospitality & Tourism, Public Sector & Statutory Corporations, Sales & Marketing, Law Enforcement & Safety, Transportation & Tours, I.T. Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing Energy & Telecoms, and Food & Beverage categories.
The inaugural WOW Factor Awards in October 2024 celebrated winners including Oslyn Gregory of Cyclones Basketball Club (Sports and Education), Carlene Spencer from Sandals Grande Antigua (Hospitality and Tourism), and Earl Richards (Financial Services).

The awards were conceived by certified customer service trainer Orena David-Charles, who hopes the program will impact Antigua and Barbuda, and by extension, the wider Caribbean in improving customer care.
Public voting opens Monday, September 8th and closes Friday, September 26th at wowfactor.app.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony later this year, continuing the tradition of celebrating the unsung heroes who consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences across Antigua and Barbuda’s diverse economic sectors.
