Prime Minister Gaston Browne joined Dominicans this weekend in marking the silver anniversary of the World Creole Music Festival (WCMF), one of the Caribbean’s premier cultural events.
Browne, who traveled to Dominica for the three-day celebration, was seen mingling with patrons and regional dignitaries, including Dominica’s Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel. In a brief message shared during his visit, Browne expressed his admiration for the spirit of the Dominican people:
