MBS Healthcare and Conference Building
The Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) has announced the temporary relocation of its Customer Service Department to allow for essential maintenance work at its Roberts & Co. Building office on Nevis Street.
According to the statement, the department, which handles claims, cheque collection, and the issuance of status and contribution letters, is now operating from the cashier’s office on the ground floor of the MBS Healthcare and Conference Building. The facility is located directly opposite the Nevis Street Pharmacy.
To ease the transition, MBS is encouraging beneficiaries to continue submitting claim receipts via the Nevis Street drop box. Claim submissions must include the beneficiary’s full name, MBS number, contact details, and preferred payment option, whether electronic transfer, collection, or mail.
Cashier services will continue to operate at the MBS Healthcare and Conference Building. Employers and self-employed individuals are advised to use the Nevis Street drop box for cheque deposits. Payments can also be made electronically through the banking platforms of Antigua Commercial Bank, CIBC Caribbean, and Community First Cooperative Credit Union. Cash payments will not be accepted through the drop box.
Contribution forms, including R3As, may be placed in the drop box or emailed to [email protected].
The MBS expressed appreciation to beneficiaries and employers for their cooperation, emphasizing its commitment to maintaining uninterrupted service throughout the relocation period.
