ABEC’s systems and procedures are not directed by any political party

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has launched a blistering defence of its integrity following explosive public allegations made by former Deputy Chairman Bruce Goodwin regarding the conduct and independence of the country’s April 30 general election.
In a strongly worded statement delivered Tuesday, ABEC Chairman Arthur G.B. Thomas accused Goodwin of making “false, reckless and wholly unsubstantiated allegations” during an appearance on the programme I on the Issues hosted by Louis Atwell.
Thomas said the Commission “categorically rejects in their entirety” claims seeking to undermine both the legitimacy of the election and the independence of the electoral body.

If its one thing people can say about ABEC is that their transparency cannot ever ever be questioned.
ABEC is as transparent as the boxes they used this election
Why would anybody give Bruce Goodwin the time of daylight anyway
We heard the remarks and we laughed. Mr Chairman you should try laughing at that
