
Power has been restored to several communities across Antigua following an electricity outage that affected customers in a number of areas.
The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) confirmed that electricity service has returned to All Saints Road east of the Substation, Bellview, Bayview, Herberts, Clarkes Hill, Renfrew, St. Clair Estate, Freemans Village, Potters, Sea View Farm, Lightfoot, Ferris Farm, Buckley Line, Law Pasture and Oliver’s Estate.
Customers who remain without electricity despite the restoration are being encouraged to report the problem by contacting APUA’s fault reporting hotline at 311.
APUA apologized for the inconvenience caused by the disruption and thanked affected customers for their patience.
