National Security Surveillance Network Expanded with Over 200 Cameras to Boost Public Safety
Two hundred surveillance cameras are currently being installed as Antigua and Barbuda expands its national CCTV network, Prime Minister Gaston Browne has announced.
The Prime Minister listed the installation among a suite of measures intended to support police intelligence, investigations and rapid responses to criminal activity.
He said officers had already intensified stop-and-search exercises and recovered additional firearms and ammunition from the streets.
The CCTV expansion will be supplemented by drones with night-vision capability and an estimated 25-kilometre range, along with the digitisation of police records and additional training for prosecutors.
Browne did not disclose the precise locations of the new cameras, the completion date or the full cost of the programme.

I really hope that they arrive and are installed because we have been hearing that alot
When I see the first one lets have a discussion
Even with cameras these thieves don’t give a damn
