In a move to boost entrepreneurial activity in Antigua and Barbuda, the government has allocated 100 acres of land at Willoughby Bay for development.
The initiative, which will be spearheaded by the National Housing and Urban Renewal Company, aims to provide local entrepreneurs with ample space and resources to establish and grow their businesses.
Prime Minister Gaston Browne made the announcement during discussions with Senator Rawdon Turner on the “Browne and Browne Show” earlier this evening, highlighting the government’s commitment to fostering economic growth through innovation and enterprise.
During the discussion, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for local businesses to thrive.
He noted that the development at Willoughby Bay is part of a broader strategy to enhance the country’s economic landscape.
Senator Turner echoed these sentiments, stating that such projects will not only stimulate the local economy but also provide employment and development opportunities for citizens.
