Prime Minister Gaston Browne was among members of the Antigua and Barbuda Labor Party who paid tribute to Amarie Jones-Harris, at a candlelight vigil last night

The event was held at the Peoples Place and scores of families and friends attended to celebrate the life of whom many have called a stalwart of the ABLP

Her family, friends, loved ones, and members of the ABLP turned out in large numbers.

Attorney General Steadroy Benjamin also attended last night’s vigil and paid tribute to her, in addition to Vice-Chair Senator Samantha N. Marshall, and the daughters and family of Amarie.

The ABLP Choir along with the 2022 Soca Monarch King, Lyrics Man performed at the vigil.
