23 March 2023 - 23:25

The Antigua and Barbuda Association of Persons Living with Disabilities has staged what they are calling a successful walkthrough in St Johns on Thursday, to secure proper demarcations for its members.

General Manager of the Antigua and Barbuda Transport Board (ABTB) General Manager Hubert Jarvis was there, promising that the plight of the disability association will be taken into consideration

Bernard Warner, the President of the ABAPD has been trying over the years to have the issue of disability parking addressed.

The delegation kicked off their walk from Market Street with the assistance of the police, stopping at various points, and outlining which areas need to be drawn for the disabled.
