The Green Bay community plunged into mourning this afternoon, the second time in less than a week. News broke earlier today that 24-year Keneca Ryan of Jennings succumbed to gunshot wounds he received on Monday night.

He and 20-year-old Nia Rose were shot by a gunman in Greenbay Hill. Rose, a mother of one, died within hours of the shooting.
Ryan was shot in the head, while Rose received gunshot wounds to her chest and other body parts.

The police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
