ABEMS Enhances Supervisor Skills Through Specialized Training

12 August 2024 - 05:10

Three supervisors from the Antigua and Barbuda Emergency Medical Services (EMS) have been chosen to attend the EMS Instructor Level 1 course in the United States, followed by the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE) symposium.

This training aims to equip them with advanced teaching methodologies and enhance the ABEMS Academy’s programs.

The Ministry anticipates that their enhanced skills and knowledge will improve the quality of emergency medical care across Antigua and Barbuda, reflecting the ongoing commitment to investing in the professional development of healthcare workers.
