Tropical Storm Ernesto forecast to track a little closer to Antigua and Barbuda

PTC_5 is now Tropical Storm Ernesto.

It is forecast to track a little closer to Antigua and Barbuda; however, the forecast of us getting 30 to 50 mph still holds.

The sustained winds are near 40 mph and the forward speed is uncertain but estimated at 28 mph.
