Opposition Leader Jamal Pringle

Jamal Pringle, the Leader of the United Progressive Party, assured party members that the UPP remains strong despite Dr. Edmond Mansoor’s departure.

During his address, Pringle emphasized that the party’s principles, policies, and values remain unchanged. Mansoor cited dissatisfaction with the UPP leadership as the reason for his departure.

Pringle, however, portrayed Mansoor’s departure as a strategic move to align himself with the “self-enrichment” Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party

Dear Grandfather, given the rate of defection of so-called party faithful, longevity of your Clan seems a mere pipe dream! Jamal’s speech re the most recent walkout sounds like one given by my dear friend, the Hon. Joanne Massiah trying to convince herself any who cared to listen that the barn was not burning. It was just heat due to global warming.
Your Clan has lost all credibility and relevance.
