Villa resident Zahvante Hill, also known as “Forty,” is has undergone surgery at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center and medical officials say he is expected to make a full recovery

He sustained a gunshot wound to the upper part of his body during an altercation earlier this evening.

Despite undergoing surgery, he is in critical condition and urgently requires blood donors.

The incident occurred during a heated argument with a friend from the same area, and the suspected shooter is currently being pursued by law enforcement in Villa.
