The family of the late Asot Michael, who tragically lost his life to violence several weeks ago, has joined forces with Senator Rawdon Turner to commemorate his legacy.

In a heartfelt effort to honor him, they are organizing a Candlelight Vigil scheduled for December 17th at the Parhal Basketball Court, starting at 6 PM.

In connection with this tragic incident, a 27-year-old male, identified as Alextra Francis, a resident of Golden Grove, has been charged with the murder of the beloved MP.

This serious charge followed Francis’s confession to investigators, who had been diligently questioning him since the grim discovery of Michael’s body.

The community now comes together to remember Asot Michael and to seek solace in each other’s company during this difficult time.
