His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams Celebrates the 102nd Birthday of Mrs. Jane Ryan

On the weekend, His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams joined family and friends in celebrating the remarkable milestone of Mrs. Jane Lucretia Ryan’s 102nd birthday. The celebration was a joyous occasion held in honor of Mrs. Ryan, who was born on December 21, 1922, in the Dominican Republic and has resided in Dominica, Montserrat, and Antigua and Barbuda.

During the visit, His Excellency congratulated Mrs. Ryan on her longevity and praised her family for the exceptional care and love they have provided. He also presented a special gift to the centenarian as a token of appreciation and acknowledgment of her significant contributions as a homemaker, talented cake maker, and self-taught culinary artist.

Mrs. Ryan, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, is a proud member of the Villa Seventh-day Adventist Church and was a longtime singer in the St. John’s SDA Church choir. Her life is marked by resilience, faith, and dedication to her family and community. She is cherished for her vibrant personality, strong beliefs in prayer, and a legacy of hard work and generosity.
