Police have formally arrested and charged Kevin Schulth for committing multiple offences.

The Golden Grove resident was charges with Insulting Language, Failure to comply with lawful directions, Indecent Language, Failure to produce a valid drivers licence, Disorderly Conduct by making noise, Resufing to give name, and Resufing to give address.

The offences occurred at Long Street on 28 December, 2024.

The accused was being ticketed for a traffic violation when he began hurling several expletives at a traffic police officer.

Despite his insults and appalling conduct, the traffic officer kept his composure and professionalism throughout the ordeal.

He is expected in court sometime this week.
