  1. Shame on all the officers involved.

Wickedness, the Commissioner needs to control these rouges in police uniform. Now this man has to spend money, time and energy to defend himself against this foolish charge.

    Get Wendell on the case!

All he had to do was comply with the instructions of the police in the first instance.. not that I will ever agree with what happened to him that’s abuse in all form, but there’s a saying in the army… obey orders and complain afterwards. Now he is being charged

You have the nerve to charge a man of that age who could be your father or grandfather. Just give the man a stern warning and let him go on his way

All the police was to do was call for a wrecker how can he put his hand on our elderly citizens. Detain the vehicle and charge a fine. No need to abuse the man then claim the man abuse you. The man was clearly sitting in the video.

Some of these officers think that wearing the uniform means that they are above the law. They need a rude awakening to the contrary. This was highly disrespectful to this elderly citizen and a clear violation of his rights, in my humble opinion.

Why aren’t the police being charged also? Did anyone see the elderly man hit or touch the police officer?
