Dejahnique Charles of Barnes Hill
The family of Dejahnique Charles of Barnes Hill is appealing to the public for help in locating the teenager, who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.
According to relatives, Dejahnique left home around 1:40 p.m. to attend the Mega Bounce event and was confirmed to have been seen there. However, she has not returned home and has not been heard from since.
At the time she was last seen, Dejahnique was wearing a pink lace top, blue distressed jeans with a brown belt, and Birkenstock-style slippers. Her hair was braided back in cornrows.
Family members describe her disappearance as completely out of character and are growing increasingly concerned for her safety.
Anyone with information on Dejahnique Charles’ whereabouts is urged to contact 736-4636 or the nearest police station.
Police are also encouraging anyone who may have seen or spoken to her on Saturday evening to come forward.
