READ: Official Attorney Letter for $US10M Lawsuit On Behalf of Prime Minister Browne Over Alfa Nero Allegations
Prime Minister Gaston Browne has formally initiated legal proceedings in reaction to new allegations concerning the sale of the luxury superyacht Alfa Nero.
In a statement released on Tuesday night, Browne announced that his U.S. attorney is set to send a pre-action letter within 48 hours to the American law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, headed by attorney David Boies, requesting $10 million in damages for alleged defamation.
