
Prime Minister Gaston Browne has formally initiated legal proceedings in reaction to new allegations concerning the sale of the luxury superyacht Alfa Nero.
In a statement released on Tuesday night, Browne announced that his U.S. attorney is set to send a pre-action letter within 48 hours to the American law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, headed by attorney David Boies, requesting $10 million in damages for alleged defamation.
