No one knows what caused the fire but police are investigating the matter
Minister of Education Priya Manickchand her department will do all they can to ensure the students do not lose out on their education.
Talks have also been held with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) to determine what can be done for students preparing to take the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) in a few months.
There we 39 teachers and nine ancillary staff at the school.
